Take a “Test Drive” at Plum Landing

Moving is a big decision with a lot of unknowns. We’re trying to make the decision a little less stressful. If you, or someone you know, is considering a move, see Amanda to get the details on a couple of options now available at Plum Landing. The first lets a prospective resident stay for 2 nights at no charge. This gives them the opportunity to see what it’s really like here with no obligation. The second option is more of a temporary or respite type stay. We have a flat daily fee depending on the apartment style. This option is perfect for someone who would like to try us for a longer period. Maybe family is out of town and they need extra support, or they just want to try it out and see if it works for them.

We actually have two residents who have taken advantage of these programs. Vern and Lorene came because they wanted a little extra support for a period of time. They liked it so much they are making their stay a permanent one. Sue had been thinking of a move like this for a long time, and decided it was time to give it a try. She was tired of cooking, cleaning and the lonely feeling you can get living alone. They all say they love the food and the care and attention they receive from staff and fellow residents alike.

Maybe you know someone who would like to “test drive” us and “kick the tires”! Please see Amanda for all the details. She would be happy to assist you. Thanks for all of your support.
